On Deck Yachting will bring the classroom to the high seas or high up in the mountains. This is where learning meets luxury on your very own vessel and estate.

With the Advanced Development Program, we will learn your staffs’ strengths and raise the bar on their weaknesses. It’s personal coaching for your staff, but with a nautical twist! We will evaluate their talents then take them to a whole new level, identifying their strengths and matching them perfectly to your needs.

This extensive course goes beyond skill assessment. We will dive deep into each staff member’s personality and aspirations to ensure the best placement possible. But that’s not all!

The Advanced Development module takes things up a notch. We will help your staff understand the intricate dynamics between staff members and owners and pinpoint any pesky issues that may arise. We will revisit charter and private duties, responsibilities in the owner and guest areas, and even set up a staff Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) notebook with all the protocols, pictures, and instructions they’ll need.

On Deck is all about personalized schedules that fit your program. And communication? We have that covered too. We’ll teach your crew how to communicate like pros and equip them with problem-solving skills to handle any situation that may come their way.

And of course, safety first, folks! We will ensure your staff knows their vessel/estate duties inside out, from checking safety equipment to maintaining checklists. Plus, we will unravel the mysteries of onboard and estate roles–staff members’, the owner’s, and the captain’s–because understanding the hierarchy is key to smooth sailing.
